What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data we collect through this website - primarily contact-form enquiries, early-access requests, and direct correspondence at info@capridiemcs.com. It does not cover personal data we process under a separate engagement contract; that processing is governed by the contract’s data-processing terms.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit voluntarily (name, work email, organisation, phone).
• The free-text content of your enquiry.
• Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and scope a possible engagement.
• To meet our legal, regulatory, and audit obligations.
• To protect this website and its users from misuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising or unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the conversation and up to 24 months thereafter for follow-up and audit, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contract.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the GDPR (where applicable), and similar regimes, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@capridiemcs.com with the subject line “Data request”. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by applicable law.

Sharing

We share personal data only with vetted service providers acting on our behalf (for example, email hosting), and where compelled by law or court order. Where data is transferred outside India, we apply contractual safeguards consistent with the DPDP Act and the GDPR.

Third-party services this website relies on

To keep this site fast and secure, a small number of third-party services are loaded by your browser when you view a page. We do not share contact-form data with any of them; they only see the technical metadata your browser exposes by default (typically your IP address and user-agent string).

• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the contact form from automated abuse. When you submit the form, Turnstile runs a short, privacy-friendly bot check (no third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking) and returns a one-time verification token. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and Fontshare (api.fontshare.com) — deliver the typefaces used on this site. Both see your IP address when fonts are fetched. We do not pass any contact-form data to either service.

If you would prefer not to use these services, most modern browsers let you block specific domains, or you can write to us at info@capridiemcs.com and contact us by email instead of the form.

Security

We are an ISO 27001-aligned practice. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including access control, encryption in transit, hardened endpoints, and audit logging.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date.
